AI Human Post provides the following online tools:
- AI Humanizer — transforms AI-generated text to sound more human, using the DeepSeek API
- PDF Tools — browser-based PDF manipulation (merge, split, compress, convert)
- Extract Data — extract structured data from documents, images, and forms
- File Recovery — recover lost passwords from password-protected files
- Breach Checker — check if your email or password has appeared in known data breaches
3. Free & Premium Services
3.1 Free Tier
Each tool is available with a daily free usage limit (typically 5 uses per tool per day). Limits are enforced via browser localStorage and do not require an account.
3.2 Premium Subscription
Price: €4/month, billed monthly via PayPal.
Benefits: Unlimited usage across all tools with a single Premium account.
Premium is a subscription that automatically renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account or by contacting us at support@aihumanpost.com.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree to:
- Use the Services for lawful purposes only
- Not upload illegal content (child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, hate speech, or any content violating applicable laws)
- Verify AI-generated output before using it — AI may produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services
- Not use the Services to infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
5. DMCA / Copyright — Safe Harbor
We do not monitor or review user content uploaded to our Services. As a service provider, we rely on the Safe Harbor provisions of applicable copyright law.
If you believe your copyright is being infringed through our Services, please send a notice to support@aihumanpost.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate
We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.
6. AI Disclaimer
The AI Humanizer tool generates content using artificial intelligence (DeepSeek API). AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate material. The user is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated output before publication, submission, or use in any context.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7. Financial Data Advisory
The Extract Data and File Recovery tools may handle documents containing financial information. By using these tools, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for verifying all extracted or recovered data before relying on it
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of data extraction or password recovery
- You should independently verify financial figures, account numbers, and critical data
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Human Post and its operator shall not be liable for:
- AI-generated content inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate output
- Data loss, file corruption, or incorrect data extraction/recovery results
- Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
9. Refund Policy
Premium subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase (or any renewal charge). To request a refund, contact support@aihumanpost.com. Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 7 business days.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Services available 24/7, but we provide no uptime guarantee. The Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will attempt to notify Premium users of scheduled maintenance when feasible.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@aihumanpost.com — we'll do our best to resolve the issue informally.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify Premium users via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
